“ Food here is awesome. Staff here are amazing. This is a popular location, there can be a wait to be seated. The kitchen is slow but the food is always amazing when it comes out. Lots of TVs for sports. Bar area can get crowded. Light only comes from the front. Making it hard to see. There is a great selection of beers. Free WiFi. Clean washrooms. Plenty of free parking. Take their beer challenge to get a plaque on their pillars. ”
“ Took my two young kids to Bigsby's for lunch today and had such a great experience I felt I had to leave a review. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, just the right balance of lively and relaxed, making it pretty family-friendly without feeling chaotic. The food was perfect! Everything we ordered came out hot, fresh, and damb tasty! My kids were thrilled with their meals (which is saying something!). What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Ella, our server, and Shelly, the owner were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, attentive, and genuinely great with my little ones. It’s not always easy dining out with young kids (usually a nightmare), but they made it a breeze. Thanks again to Ella and Shelly for making it such a nice experience. ”

Even though I’ve moved away, it’s still a pit stop as often as I can make it. One of the very few places that has stayed the true course in food, service, and just a reliable great time! “ Quality and quantity in one place?!! Say no more!! Our new go-to when in the St Catherine’s /Niagara area! Perfect wait time to be seated. Just enough time to take in the quaint atmosphere. Even with being super busy, order taking and food served without being rushed nor waiting too long. Excellent service. Extra napkins and drink refills dropped off without even asking. Every dish passing by our table looked delicious but the Bugsy Gangster Burger is a MUST try! Their flavourful , tender meatball sub was served on a platter (not a regular sized dinner dish!) and the amazing fresh cut fries overflow your plate. Quesadillas so hot, fresh and oozing with filling. Bring your appetite because the portions are crazy ”

Rather picky with my steak sub preferences but they absolutely nailed it. After living in st Catherine’s for years I’ve finally found somewhere that has a proper steak sub! Also Staff are super nice and attentive as well. Cleanliness was great too. Couldn’t recommend more. ”
